Did you know that Walmart.com has a free sample site that is updated regularly? There are several sites out there that regularly promote new or revamped items by offering free samples that usually come with a generous coupon for your first purchase if you like the item. Here are a few decent free samples currently available:

Eucerin Daily Skin Balance Body Lotion - you will be asked to choose between two samples, the Everyday Protection Body Lotion SPF 15 and Everyday Protection Face Lotion SPF 30 or the Skin-Fortifying Body Lotion. I chose one and then went back in to choose the second. I received a message confirming that I am getting both samples so it looks like this is not limited to a one time sign up like some of these are.

If you want to keep an eye on the Wal-mart freebies section, bookmark their site and check back at least once per week. I've gotten some great items that have become favorites in my home just by getting a sample. A second reminder for these freebies, if you don't want to get sent a bunch of junk mail about upcoming promotions make sure you create a dummy email address for these. I have an account with gmail (free) that I always use when signing up for contests, promotions or freebies. This way I know where to look if I want to see if I've gotten any good notices AND it doesn't clog up my real email.
